"Together we will look at your past,
focus on your strengths,
and work toward the goals you want to achieve."
Everyone’s life has many ups and downs, mine is no different. My life experiences include abuse issues in childhood. This abuse led to me being removed from my biological family and placed in foster. The foster care system worked for me and I gained a good, stable foster family and faith community.
My new forever family helped me gain healing from the earlier abuses, but lack of self-worth and view of myself as unimportant continued throughout my life.
As an adult, I experienced Complex PTSD and depression, which was severe at times. Because of the abuse of my earlier life, parenting and marriage were often difficult to navigate.
However, with the help of good counseling, and supportive friends and family I found my way.
My journey has had amazing highs and difficult lows. And the journey is continuing. I would welcome working with other women who have and are experiencing bumps in the road on life’s journey. Together we will look at your past and focus on the strengths you have and the goals you want to achieve.
